Blind, expert-judged creative competition

Your work.
Not your follower count.

Your name is not attached to your entry while it is being scored. Nothing decides the result except the work itself.

Why Kwickdo

Social platforms measure attention.
We measure the work.

On a feed, the account with the most followers wins before anyone looks properly. Here the judge cannot see who you are, so there is nothing to be swayed by.

Everywhere else

  • Your reach decides who sees it
  • Posting time and hashtags matter
  • A number of likes, and no explanation
  • Nothing you can put on a CV

On Kwickdo

  • Judges see the work, never the name
  • Scored against published criteria
  • A score you can read and learn from
  • A public result page you can link to

How judging works

How it works

Six steps, start to finish

1

Choose a contest

Pick one that suits what you make. Ages 2 to 80, in three divisions.

2

Make your work

Any medium. There is no fixed theme unless the contest sets one.

3

Submit anonymously

We strip file metadata and replace your identity with an entry token.

4

Experts score it

A named panel scores against published criteria, blind.

5

Get your result

Score, ranking and where you placed in your division.

6

Keep the credential

A permanent public result page, if you chose to be named.

The panel

Who is judging

Every panel is published before entries open, with names and credentials. Judges never see who made an entry.

The panel for this season is being confirmed

We publish every judge’s name and credentials before entries open, so you know who is scoring your work before you pay to enter. We would rather show you nothing than show you names we cannot stand behind.

What you receive

Every entrant gets more than a result

Cash prizes

Paid per division, to the top three and to consolation winners.

Your score

Your mark against each published criterion, not just a ranking.

Certificate of participation

Digitally verifiable: it carries a link back to a page on this site that confirms it is genuine.

E-magazine

Winning and selected work, collected each season.

A public result page

A permanent page showing the contest, your placing and the panel. Only if you chose to be named.

Your portfolio

Publish your work here whether or not you enter a contest.

The community

Work, and the people who made it

Portfolios are public here. Contest entries are not — they stay anonymous until results publish, and only if the entrant agreed to be named.

Individual pieces, posted by the people who made them. Newest first.

Cards marked Sample are demonstration profiles we created to show how the showcase works. They are not real entrants. Everything without that badge is a real member.

For parents

A fair place for a child’s work to be judged

Two divisions for young artists — Preschool for ages 2 to 6, Children for 7 to 15 — each ranked and prized on its own.

  • A parent or guardian opens the account and submits
  • Judges never see your child’s name, age or photograph
  • Location data is stripped from every image on upload
  • Results are private unless you choose to be named

For brands

Hundreds of judged options, not three agency concepts

Put your brief in front of a body of creators, have a professional panel score every submission blind, and review a ranked shortlist instead of a pile of files.

Why trust this

Built for fair judging

Six things we do so the result means something. Each is checkable.

Anonymous judging

Judges read entries through a database view that contains no creator reference. Identity is absent from the data they can reach, not merely hidden by policy.

A named panel

Every judge is published with their name and credentials before entries open. If a panel is not listed, it has not been confirmed and we say so.

Published criteria

The four things you are scored on, and their weights, are on the contest page before you pay to enter.

Metadata stripped

Camera information and GPS coordinates are removed from every uploaded image before anyone sees the file.

Panel agreement shown

We publish how closely the judges agreed with each other. A panel that scattered is visible to everyone.

Results are permanent

A published result gets its own page showing the contest, the placing and the panel. It does not quietly change later.

Questions

Before you enter

Is the judging really blind?

Yes, and not just as a promise. Judges read entries through a restricted view of our database that contains no creator reference, name, age or contact detail. Identity is not hidden from them — it is absent from the data they can reach.

Who are the judges?

Every panel is published with names and credentials before entries open. If a panel is not yet listed, it has not been confirmed yet.

What does it cost?

A Kwickdo account is free. Entries are bought individually or covered by a subscription. Prices are on the pricing page and on each contest page.

Can my child enter?

Yes. Preschool covers ages 2 to 6 and Children covers 7 to 15, each judged separately. A parent or guardian must open the account and submit the entry.

Will my work be posted publicly?

Not unless you say so. Entries are private by default, and you tick a box on the entry form if you want your handle published with your result. Your portfolio is separate and is public because you chose to publish it.

Do I keep the copyright?

Yes, always. Entering grants us a licence to run the contest, nothing more. We do not use your work to train AI models.

What is the certificate?

A digital certificate of participation carrying a link back to a page on this site that confirms it is genuine. That is what makes it verifiable.

Can I get my entry fee back?

Entry fees are non-refundable. If we cancel a contest before judging begins, we return the entry credit. The full position is in our terms.

Ready to let the work speak?

Free to join. You only pay when you enter a contest.
